Randi Mollo, joined Mollo Management in 1996 after receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Maryland.  Randi, a former child actress became a member of the Screen Actors Guild at age 4 and appeared in nearly a hundred commercials as a child.  During that time, she was honored to receive an American Women in Radio and Television Award.  One of her commercials also won a Clio Award.  Randi worked as a freelance Associate Casting Director from 2000-2004. She also worked as a talent coordinator for award-winning director, Errol Morris.
